The process starts with selecting key raw materials like iron, chromium, nickel, and other alloying elements, followed by melting in an Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) at very high temperatures. The molten metal is then refined using AOD or VOD processes to remove impurities and achieve the required chemical composition.

After refining, the steel is cast into semi-finished forms such as billets, slabs, or blooms. These are further processed through hot rolling to produce sheets, plates, bars, and coils. Heat treatment and surface finishing are then applied to improve mechanical properties and surface quality.

Finally, strict quality testing ensures the material meets industry standards for various applications.
